Mark Rozeluk
Mark Rozeluk
Founder, Chief Narrative Officer
After 15 years leading creative for some of Toronto’s top advertising agencies—and shaping campaigns for brands like Nike, Kraft, Jeep, and Staples—Mark founded Manic Pixie in 2022 with a bold idea: build an agency that works smarter, not slower. His vision was to fuse the strategic rigor of a consultancy with the creative firepower of a production studio, stripping away the bloated layers and inefficiencies that weigh down traditional agencies without sacrificing craft or results.
Drawing on a background in film, Mark brings a “story-first” approach to everything he touches. He believes the best brand work starts with a strong narrative—one that connects strategy to human insight and sparks an emotional response. Whether shaping a global campaign or a nimble social activation, his focus is always on creating work that moves people and moves the needle.
Since its launch, Manic Pixie has quickly gained a reputation as a sharp, unconventional partner for ambitious brands. Mark has built a flexible, in-house team of multi-disciplinary talent—directors, writers, strategists, and makers—who share his obsession with smart storytelling and seamless execution. The result is an agency that thrives on collaboration, delivers with speed, and refuses to compromise on creative excellence.
Lindsay Prajza
Lindsay Prajza
Strategy
Lindsay’s 25-year career first took her to New York and London, where she worked at global agencies like McCann-Erickson and AMV BBDO. Those early days proved her ability to adeptly anticipate clients’ needs while mining for actionable insights across categories on brands like Gillette, Aviva, American Airlines, and MBNA. When the home fires called, she settled in Toronto at Ogilvy to run the Winners, Coca-Cola, Scotiabank, Destination Canada, and York University accounts, building on her leadership and strategic skills as Group Director.
In 2023, after 3 years of blending communication expertise with brand strategy at Jackman Reinvents, Lindsay decided to shake things up. She went back to grad school to get a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and now splits her time between helping brands and humans connect with the things they care about most and realize their dreams.
